What to do
- Find the job by customer or phone.
- Change the future date and time and request confirmation again.
- After approval, check assignments and calendar.
- If external sync is connected, verify its result separately.
What changes and what to check
A reschedule should not exist only in chat. If Google Calendar fails, use the workspace schedule and restore the connection.
